Everyone is nice. However the company os so mismanaged that it took 1 week to get an emergency inhaler. Almost went to the hospital because I had a major attack. Luckily there was someone with an inhaler near me. This has to be a crime. Or at least negligence on their( Excel) part

I’ve been going here for almost 30 years never had a problem until everything change they don’t even answer there phone
They dont take care of there patients right smh
first they had me on hold for like 10 minutes and when they finally took me off hold while i was asking them a question in the middle of my question the rude woman hung up on me .
