I went once and that was enough. 1. Zero respect for patient privacy. idk if she was a nurse, phlebotomist, or MA but she is the person who drew blood. First of all, this woman was watching a movie while caring for patients. Secondly, she was tending to a patient with the door WIDE open and everyone in the hall could hear the poor patient’s business. Dr Florette the best i was not feeling well walked in around 9am was sent back home had virtual visit 3pm medicines sent to pharmacy by 5pm I knew what was going on with me. Very convenient and local for me receptionist always nice Miss Maxcine the best always understanding patient and kind.
Virtually impossible to get someone on the phone, have called for 4 days straight and not once has someone picked up.
Dr. Florette is highly knowledgeable. She is highly skilled and loves her patients
