I have been calling for a month now requesting my prior authorization be handled to get my medication and still nothing has been done. Unprofessional is an understatement.
Horrible!! They never pick up the phone! I called for a refill on my prescription when someone finally picked up the phone she said it would definitely be called in she never called it in. I never seen an office that never answer the phone!! 521 W Girard Horrible!!!!

Can't get a call into the office,once you do they want you to come in for a refill. Everything is "come in" Then they want to give you a appointment 3 months away. Your dead if you take high blood pressure medication or heart meds
