I called for an appointment with a specific PCP that was on my insurance card & they booked me with a different one without my knowledge. When I called to ask questions about it the receptionist EBONY (wouldn’t give me her last name) gave me attitude when I explained the situation and said “well it doesn’t matter who’s on your insurance you can go to anybody here” and gave me attitude when I said I made the appointment with a specific doctor & not the one that was chose. Terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend

Shady practice
The office staff handling the phones are extremely unprofessional and should be fired. I called to schedule an appointment for my husband and was told to hold on to have the phone hung up six times. This is bad for business and I'm more than sure this medical center will loose business due to the ignorant behaviors of the staff.
