Threatening you with you have 30 days to pick up a case and when you call or request through the app no response cancel/denied oh the person is on lunch I’ll have them call you back no call back. Received a called yesterday stating I will be removed if I don’t pick a case by 07/28/2026 thought I was been removed especially when I was hired in March of 2026.

I was my son's care giver and the agency was easy to work for and with. Clock in/was very easy, the checklist for activities is easy to complete and the benefits and pay were great.

3 weekends in a row, nobody showed for a 90 year old woman who is bedridden. No water, medicine or food. ONE WORD: Don't!!!! Again, another weekend 1.18.26 and no call, no show for both 12 hour shifts. This is 3 weekends in a row but you are concerned? You should have your license taken away and I'm going to contact the state of Pennsylvania. I have been with Help at Home for over four years, which is longer than many of the employees currently working there, and I can honestly say the company has gone downhill. The biggest issue is their clock-in and clock-out system. Instead of taking responsibility for the ongoing problems, they constantly try to place the blame on caregivers.
