3 weekends in a row, nobody showed for a 90 year old woman who is bedridden. No water, medicine or food. ONE WORD: Don't!!!! Again, another weekend 1.18.26 and no call, no show for both 12 hour shifts. This is 3 weekends in a row but you are concerned? You should have your license taken away and I'm going to contact the state of Pennsylvania. I have been with Help at Home for over four years, which is longer than many of the employees currently working there, and I can honestly say the company has gone downhill. The biggest issue is their clock-in and clock-out system. Instead of taking responsibility for the ongoing problems, they constantly try to place the blame on caregivers. I have personally gone to the office and contacted HHA on several occasions, yet no one seems to know what is going on. The company has multiple departments, but there appears to be abso... read more
