Iv been with them for awhile but lately after reading all the reviews on here and seeing all the bad things being said it's true because it's happening to me lieing saying I didn't clock out but I did and me not getting my hours right still haven't gotten one correct pay check yet from them nobody ever knows what's going on and my client for months have been telling them to update her address because when I clock in it says I'm out of range because they have not updated her address but they say they are but never do it's sad
These guys r a wast of time they screwed us over so bad that know I'm working with an attorney to file a lawsuit against them worst place ever
They don’t keep the same management company. They do offer somewhat fair pay. They’re very condescending to the caretakers and they’re very inconsistent when it comes to the payment you’re supposed to get paid every week for all the hours that you do, but for some reason they keep coming in late and then the app is green They don’t get in. Literally impossible to get in touch with anyone as a employee. They post shifts on the hha exchange app then when you request for it they just ignore your request and give you the run around. No one calls you back. Why waste peoples time? It's been 3 weeks still haven't been assigned to a case I'm about to move on to another company
