As an employee it is awful. Can't ever get in touch with anyone.
This office is the worst it’s a few very good people but the supervisor needs to be fired. I was terminated from my job because my client lied about me not coming to work for 2 weeks I was told I’ll be put on suspension pending a investigation also if I had any evidence to disclaim his accusations to bring them in which I did I brought text messages, voicemails, cashapp requests and more all this because I wouldn’t share my weekly pay with my client also he wanted someone else working who would share the pay so after waiting... read more
I applied as a direct care employee only on weekends and to even schedule an interview after letting them know I work not from home M-F was awful. Then they said they understood but again the hours offered for an interview didn’t work when I was in traffic. There’s no way of contacting them to let them know I wasn’t able to pull over on the highway for a phone interview. How frustrating!!
I wouldn’t recommend anyone working for this company. You won’t get paid on time they systems that they use never work. I was promised a bonus and didn’t receive it because they claim you have to clock in an out on time. Most days I’m locked outdid my clients building for 30-45 mins I can’t clock in until I’m in her home.
