I’ve had many memberships and this one is by far the best investment. The community is top notch, the owners and coaches are very welcoming. Whether you’re brand new or a gym veteran, you will be welcomed. Big bonus, it’s clean! The equipment is well taken care of as well.
I have been attending both yoga and CrossFit classes at Excel since February. I tell everyone I meet, how great this place is. They are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I was new to CrossFit when I joined. At 59 I’ve made great progress. I have gotten stronger and more flexible. I’ve even lost some weight along the way. Thanks Excel!
I appreciate that Excel Health and Fitness has programs for all ages and fitness levels. As a senior citizen, I especially love and appreciate the CrossFit Silver program for ages 60+. The focus is on building and maintaining strength and balance, and showing how to apply that to keep us independent.
Highly recommend. I’m taking the yoga classes. The instructors are wonderful, helpful, insightful and just fun. They each have their unique way of leading you in poses. I hate missing a class.
I've been going to this gym for maybe 7 years and can't say enough good things about it! My kids liked the youth classes and I like that I can take a class, open gym, yoga and even have the sweetest childcare option for my baby! All the coaches are great about finding the right modifications for each members level. They're all really friendly and encouraging ~ hard working and friendly environment!
