I love that the store is open on Saturday’s, but if you’re looking for good customer service then it’s not here other than maybe the 2 workers working the glasses section - they are amazing. I’ve had multiple bad interactions with the girl who has a nose piercing, dragon tattoo on her right hand, and 0 customer service skills to the point of not wanting to return or recommend. Expert doctors and good collection of frames
During my years as a client of Excel Optometry, I have been extremely satisfied with their ability to fit me with the correct prescription and lens to address my visual needs. During my most recent visits, Andy, an optician , was extremely patient in helping me finalize my choice of frames and lenses. Although there were delays in obtaining my glasses, I do in no way hold Andy responsible and he went out of his way to make it right .
