This was the best eyecare I have ever received from start to finish. The doctor was phenomenal and Andy was extremely helpful when I needed the lenses replaced in my new glasses right away. I highly recommend Excel Eyecare, I wish I had found it years ago!
Edit: after leaving my initial review, the doctor personally called me and offered to make things right. She explained that she had a staffing issue back then and did not get my messages. She seemed genuinely concerned and willing to help. I believe she's being honest. So I'm changing my review because I don't think a lot of doctors would call and offer to make things right. Great office!
I went there today to pick up my prescription glasses. Left work with enough time, but traffic was very heavy on a Thursday evening during the holiday season, and I was going to be late by 5~10 minutes before the closing time of the office. I called in and explained my situation, and by the time I arrived, the door remained open for me. They didn't have to wait for me, but they did, I really appreciate that!
