My AC which was installed by this company has been out for two weeks. The managers of the complex I live in have called them several times and the people at Excel claim they don't know when the parts are coming in. I am living in an apartment which is 87F at 9 in the morning. Don't do business with these people

Excel is excellent!!! They came on one of the coldest days of the year to fix the blower on my furnace,so I didn't freeze!! Same day service was extraordinary!!
