I had all my teeth extracted 3 years ago and the dentist assistant broke my bottom dentures that I paid alot of money for .. he glued them together and gave them back the next day... not to mention the dentist left an infected root in my mouth... I originally went to this office because I was hoping to get my dental health under control and finally regain my confidence in my smile. Unfortunately, my experience left me extremely disappointed and discouraged. Avoid at all cost!! These people do not care about their patients AT ALL. I HAD TO CALL for updates on retainers being sent for me which had I not called I would have never of gotten them because THEY TRIED SAYING IT WAS SENT TO THE WRONG OFFICE. They had me keep a tray for about 5 months because they were TOO LAZY to get the bottom row of my teeth rescanned. I also had to BEG to get a rescan for my Invisalign treatment. CAUTION: Proceed with care before choosing this office. My fiancée visited this dental practice to have her wisdom teeth removed, but unfortunately, the procedure was incomplete as part of one tooth, including the roots, was left behind. This led to a chronic infection that required additional surgery. While the dentist who performed the procedure is no longer with the practice (because he was fired for malpractice), we were appalled with how the situation was handled.
