Three days ago, I went to Dr. Peter Nguyen; he has checked my problem and confirmed that I needed implantation, what the other dentists suddested me before too. Actually, he provides a complete dental check-up for free in the first visit; he also was absolutely clear about the price (the price was almost half of usual price) and also he gave me a hard copy about the payment table. Excel billing practices are very bad. They changed the price several times for a procedure including the day before a procedure and in the office just before the procedure. After seeing me for a billable event, they informed me the price again had changed. The front office staff were very rude as well.
