Went there at 10:50a today, didnt leave until 12:20. They only started working on my car once I went back inside and expressed my frustration with them NOT going in order. I finally get my car back but was in such a hurry because now I'm running late that I didnt get to tell them all the spots they missed. ONLY go there if you have time to stand over their shoulder to make sure they do a proper job.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Car was dirty especially inside, it took almost 2 hours!!! What happened to this place?? Will never come back, we will take our business somewhere else. Don't waste your time or money!!!!
I was there for 1 1/2 hrs. Don't go there if you are in a hurry..

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! This carwash caused so much damage to my car that corporate refused to pay for. It is not worth your time or your money. My car came out with a cracked taillight that they told us they would look into replacing and then refused to repair. My car was also covered in scratches. When we asked to see the video footage, it was conveniently too pixilated to tell. Poor car wash and terrible customer service. PLEASE spend your money anywhere but here!! (I went to the one in Tyler on Troup Highway)
Was there today and Car wash broke fender well to my 2017 Nissan Armada
HORRIBLE! SCRATCHED THE CRAP OUT OF MY DRIVERS SIDE BACK DOOR! OF COURSE THEY TAKE ZERO RESPONSIBILITY BUT OFFER TO "BUFF" THE DOOR FOR FREE... UMM, NO THANK YOU, YOU'VE DONE ENOUGH DAMAGE ALREADY!
