I have been using this place for 5 years & in the last year every time I go there I leave more disappointed than the last. No matter if I pay for the basic or upgrade they NEVER detail the inside of my car. They wipe the dust off and that’s it. It’s a waste of money. I can spend less money and do a better job myself at regular car wash.

Long wait time. LONG wait time. Patrons complaining about the service in the waiting lobby. Employees using foul language in front of customers. Employees laughing and standing around, visiting among themselves. Didn't get any fragrance that I paid for. Rearview mirror not cleaned (spots and dust remaining). Overall, this place has declined in customer service and satisfaction since 2017.
I went through the car wash in Jasper on 8/3/2019, went straight home and on the next day I noticed several scrapes on the rear right corner of my vehicle. After talking to a couple employees on 8/6/2019 in Jasper I was allowed to view a video of my car entering the car wash on 8/7/2019. Neither I or the car wash employee saw any scrapes on my car while it entered. Paid extra for clean and armor all!! Never again!!!😡😡😡
I was there last weekend & the service was terrible! At an hour & 40 mins., I was livid as were every other customer in the waiting area! I just went & claimed my car at the drying area. The car was still dirty. The only thing I could see had been done was the windshield was cleaned. Other than that, the console, seats, mirrors, etc were all still dirty! Usually wash is okay. But it’s hot and can not wait inside. Can not breath in there. I thought ac was out. Someone said they had it turned on 85. That is not healthy! I’m always cold but inside is awfully hot.
