I hate to write a negative review about a local place but today was unacceptable. Horrible customer service and lack of managerial commitment. Shame on you! I go yesterday about 9:00 for complete detail. Was told can’t do but be here by 7:50 in the morning and we will do it...by Jesus, the manager. So I get up and get my daughter up and get there at 7:45, first one. They come out and say corporate told them to close early (5 instead of 6) and they can’t do any details today. Really???!?!! Just had my car washed there and it needs to be washed again. They do not take pride in their work there at all.
Don’t waste your time. They do not care. They did a horrible job on my car, I asked them to re wipe the inside and it still looked like crap. I went back around for a 3rd time and they had 3 people wiping down my car and still missed the entire passenger door, didn’t even think about wiping down the radio and only got half the dash. They lost my business forever. No apology. Refused to refund my money.

I just had a new windshield installed and my old "club sticker" did not survive. How do I get a replacement? Missing my regular car washes. Can't wait until you're able to reopen. :)
You should refund $45.95 rewards until you’re able to open normal hours. I am paying for a service I can not use.
They could improve by actually getting your car/truck clean. I used their S. Medford location recently and paid the $3 upcharge to get wheels/tires cleaned. They were about 1/2 clean. When I asked the young man in charge about it, he told me that it was an "Express" wash and if I wanted to get my truck cleaner, I should use their Timberland Drive car wash. DON'T be ripped up by paying upcharges at their "Express" locations. You get the same crappy wash. From what I'm reading here, the Timberland Drive wash is not much better... read more
