My experience with Excel has been nothing but positive so far. All ASE certified mechanics who know their stuff. Honest, hard working, with very reasonable labor rates. I most recently had an engine replaced and they did a superb job. When I went to pick the car up there was a minor electrical problem and they worked and worked until it was resolved. We live locally in Crowley and feel blessed to have found Excel Auto. We own a Toyota and had previously taken it to dealerships for maintenance. We initially tried Excel at a friend's recommendation. Our car is getting older and is starting to have little things occur. The owner treats the problems conservatively and has saved us much over time. You could not ask for a more honest appraisal.
