I have never had any problems with exceed. They took me in even with having not ideal rental history. There are no problems with the unit or neighbors. They have solved what very Little problems have come up very fast. My least is up for renewal soon and I look forward to renting with exceed for a long time. They truly seem to not only value, but respect the hardworking American.
I have lived in my apartment for 2 years and exceed emailed me and told me they weren’t going to let me renew my lease ! Even through the pandemic and two rent increases I have still paid my rent every month. I even put two brand new toilets in my unit upon move in because the ones in the unit were old and stained. Exceed is making me and my two small kids move out even though they know I’m not working because of the pandemic . After paying the application fee for 3, total of $105. . I did not get a response on my qualification status even though I am well qualified. Around 13+ years ago I rented from Exceed; Apache Junction and left with a note of good referral. This time I wanted to share an apt with my granddaughter and her fiance.
