Former Management was civil and professional, AS WELL AS friendly and kind. New Management is TERRIBLE - Kristina needs to squeeze out from behind her desk and interact with tenants and tour the building. How do you NOT know that many of the basic building amenities are broken and in disrepair?! Tenants are required to pay for and have a parking permit, and given a garage door opener, yet there IS NOT enough parking - how do you NOT know there are NO spaces available after 11:00 PM?!
