Fast and quick, friendly staff!
The person who did my exam did not give any break between the blood pressure reading. She immediately inflated the cuff again for the second and third readings with not even a 1 second break in between. When this happens it caused a falsely elevated diastolic pressure on the subsequent BP readings. (For best accuracy there should be a full one minute break between BP readings.) Quiet place. Nice people but they need one or more sign boards for new customers to easily find them.
Sharing in the sentiment with the rude telephone reps. If you can help it, don't start your day with them! The manager did call to apologize and discuss how there would be further training. Hopeful.
Sherry came to our house and she was just wonderful did such a great job deserves a raise!
