Showed up for my 9 am appointment to be told THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY BLOOD DRAW KITS. I called out of work, fasted, arranged childcare and they couldn’t even bother to call me prior to my appointment to let me know it couldn’t be done. I am now sitting in the parking lot waiting for FedEx as I was told they “will be delivering them soon”.
