Watch out when buying from Ewing Outdoor Supply! Know the cost of what you’re buying and compare it to prices from other vendors. I made that mistake and ended up buying a part for $38.40 that costs $9.15 on Amazon. On top of that, they charged sales tax on a billed freight charge even though freight charges, separately itemized, are exempt from sales tax in Kansas since July 1, 2023. Think twice before buying anything from Ewing Outdoor Supply!
I’m not a professional irrigation or sprinkler system person just a homeowner but they treat me so nice there when I come in and say I need help. This is broken. They take me to the part out of the showroom or from behind the counter and ask if I need directions on the best way to install it or other recommendations and it’s not just one individual it’s anybody that’s ever helped me
