The woman down the street from me has sold her mobile home twice through this agency. She is running a scam. Both families were kicked out onto the street after the owner stopped accepting payments. She is using these hopeful homeowners by having them fix up her place, keep their deposits and payments and then turns around and sells the mobile again. This realtor is obviously aware of this. Buyer beware.
