Had my oil changed and tires rotated on Saturday 3/8th, service was quick, and the people were extremely friendly. I will be back.
After test driving a few trucks at various fealerships.Husband bought a truck there. When we test drove it, the low tire pressure light was on. They said it was just low tire pressure and they would check it out. We were told the tire was just low We ended up purchasing this truck. The tire pressure light came on after we purchased it. All the tire pressures were different. ( 56 for one tire!?!) They said they use nitrogen to fill the tires. Apparently just blindly filling them. We have had a dash light on. 2010 pt cruiser. It has been there 2 weeks. They do not keep us updated on what's going on. They fix 1 thing but then still doesn't run. We call for updates. They have not communicated with us for 4 days now. All we need to know at this point is, what is the possible estimated timeframe and please keep us updated as to what you are finding and next step to take. Our car has been there total of 2 weeks so far.
I have bought my last three vehicles from Ewald and have gotten these vehicles serviced here as well. The staff is friendly and attentive to my needs as a customer. I was very happy with Roy V. whom has sold me my last two vehicles. He is very personable and was very helpful when I was selecting a vehicle. The last vehicle I bought from Ewald a 2015 Jeep Patriot lasted me 8 years and I knew I would come back to Ewald to replace it.
I came in for a used Jeep and Roy Visor did a great job showing me all the reasons to get one. If you’re in the market for a Jeep, go to Ewald and ask for Roy.
