We have worked with Kurt twice, unfortunately our last purchase was less than stellar. We purchased our 4Runner and noticed a loud clunking sound coming from the front suspension. We were assured by the manager that “it passed inspection” so it wasn’t a safety issue. I then took it to my mechanic shortly after bringing it home to get the clunking noise fixed and he discovered that our front right wheel was about to come off. RecommendedI have three cars but I've always loved my Jeep and hated Jeep dealership service.. I could never get clear and precise answers it's a nightmare trying to get in and out especially for single parent managing work school and home schedules Kaylee knocked it all out of the park constant and precise communication but the biggest save of the day was she made managing dropping off the car after school picking up the kid and the shuttle very seamless. for these reasons I'll be changing dealerships.
Had the BEST experience ordering a new Jeep. Lonnie was extremely helpful and on top of everything. So very informative and professional. Will recommend him and the Ewald group to everyone! Thank you again
Needed tires. they have nothing with tire prices. guy at the desk asked me what they were for. I said 2016 ram. he asked what size. I said 20 inch because I didn't remember the exact. he said he needed the size. instead of looking up the exact size for my 2016 ram big horn he watched me walk out. I said forget it. Will buy somewhere else!!

I worked with Brandon on installing some special after market healights for my 2014 Sahara and the service he provided was above and beyond! In the past, I have had a recall done at this location along with an entire radiator repair and service was great both times!

Had such an amazing sales experience working with Lonnie Peterson. I had my two crazy toddlers with me, and Lonnie and all the rest of the staff were so patient, kind, and helpful. This is my 3rd experience with Ewald (first purchase at this location) and I will not hesitate to return when I need a new vehicle.

I recently went here to buy a 2016 jeep grand Cherokee high altitude, The jeep was priced at $28,000. This jeep has been sitting at this dealership since January 2020 I worked with Pete. after the test drive, Pete and I discussed the price and the warranties that were included with the jeep and also additional warranties. once my application was sent through for credit it was approved and the original offer that Pete and I agreed upon was no longer valid Pete then continued to lie but in his words he said he must’ve misunder... read more

really bad service they messed up my friend’s SRT Jeep and it was leaking oil afterwards
Super disappointed!!! Got my oil changed Friday. Next day I go out to my car and see all the oil on the floor! I inspected it see where it was coming from and it’s dripping from my oil filter!! They must of not used the right oil filter or didn’t use the gasket/ o ring for the oil filter. Would of been better off going to a generic oil change place and saving hundreds! This is why I went to a reputable dealership to not have to worry about someone not tightening something! Thankfully I seen all the oil on the floor otherwise... read more
