My water heater died over the weekend and I started searching for quotes online Saturday night. owner called and left message almost immediately. Problem was identified and repaired in a timely manner. Each person we spoke with was knowledgable friendly, and professional.
I was very pleased with all aspects of their service. I called to say I needed my main water line shutoff valve replaced because it was leaking at the valve and would not shut off. The same day they sent out a plumber to look at the problem and give me an estimate. After I agreed to the estimate, they sent a plumber out to do the work within several days and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Great company, today was our first time using them and our experience was great. We had our outside water faucet break and no shut off to it with water blasting everywhere and we needed a Plumber. Jim and his coworker came out as soon as they could and did a great job fixing the problem . Both were professional and friendly. We will use them in the future if we need service for our plumbing and heating needs. Thank you! Because in the blink of a eye water problems can become damaging nightmares.
