Recommended5 Stars This is the first time I’ve used EW Tompkins. We had a leak under the kitchen sink. They called and texted all information as well as a photo of Joe. He was very polite and conscientious. He did a great job..We’re very pleased. I will definitely recommend.
I had an emergency with a pipe broken in my ceiling and dropping water in my kitchen. I called Tompkins and they came over in an hour. Two gentlemen, Jeff and Noah, worked very hard discovering the location of the leaking pipe, removing the leaking section and installing a new part. It was difficult because the pipe was between the first and second floors of the home. They did an excellent job, were extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely recommend Tompkins. I was extremely pleased. Reasonable price as well.

Our sump pump died during a bad rain storm while our basement was starting to flood. I called E.W. Tompkins at 1:56pm and at 2:15pm a service man got to my house. By 2:30pm our new sump pump was installed and running. I can not say enough good things about the incredibly fast and kind service we received. I am amazed that we were able to have our issue fixed so quickly. Service like this is very rare in today’s world. Thank you so very much!!
