I've never had a bad experience at a salon, but this was just terrible. My husband saw good reviews and bought me a spa package here, but it actually left me more stressed out than when I arrived. My husband, who came with me to the spa, requested a female masseuse for me. When I was given a man, I told them this. Instead of apologizing, the man got upset with me and implied that it was our fault, by saying we must not have requested a woman. This spa is a must visit. It's got a great atmosphere, quite cozy and relaxing. They use high quality products for each service, customized to each client. I can't give high enough reviews!
