Absolutely disappointing!! I made an appointment to get a call regarding a scheduling error. No biggie.. it happens.. so I reschedule, drive 30 minutes for Ashley to turn my appointment into a consultation and test area! So then I reschedule. Okay now.. I have a very tight schedule with very little free time. So I return with no reaction to the test area and Ashley tells me I’ve laid in the tanning bed, after confirming I have not, she tells me I smell like a tanning bed. Wow! The front desk staff are super rude. It is virtually impossible to get an appointment. The office is very disorganized. Most of all, I could not deal with the rudeness. This didn’t apply to me but if you are 10 min late, you get re-scheduled. If they are 30 minutes late, that’s ok.

Thank you for a positive first experience! I was nervous not knowing what to expect with laser hair removal, but Madeline made me feel at ease and talked me thru the experience and was cautious as well as thorough! Looking forward to my next appt without so much apprehension! Thanks again!!

I have had a good experience getting a membership after an initial groupon. My aesthetician, Ashley, is very helpful and does a great job. The only thing that I haven't liked is that they changed the membership and are not honoring the original terms through the entire length of the contract (1 year).It's not impacting what I am am doing, but this is not a good business practice and makes me feel wary about being a contracted member. Other than that, so far so good.
