I wish I could give them zero stars because we received zero service. We arrived a few minutes prior to the appointment to discover that, contrary to their website, they no longer do hair removal for minors. My 16-year-old daughter has never had a problem getting service before, but we were told that they changed their policy and haven't updated their website yet.
