I have only had one session but already feel better from the one. I really like this method and feel optimistic that it will work better than what I have worked with previously. And my therapist was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

I have been a patient here for several months. Liz is an extremely compassionate and knowledgeable therapist but also asks insightful questions that can help get you thinking and self-reflecting. She is focused in using science based techniques. EMDR therapy with her has been much more effective than simple talk therapy with other therapists that I had done for years in the past. Liz is helping me ACTUALY work through my trauma and processing painful memories instead of merely talking about it.

I have had several therapists in my life, but have worked with Liz the longest. She has helped me throughout so much, I genuinely appreciate all the support that has given me. She is really kind and supportive which makes me feel safe.
