Was so excited to get my hair done by Jasmine. Went in for a cut and color, showed her the pictures and she was very nice and informative as far as how much everything was going to be. However, after showing her a picture of the color I wanted, sending it to her phone and also picking out the color blue I wanted from the Redken color samples, it is SO not the color I wanted.
