Humberto becomes an extraordinarily rude human being when asked to explain himself and his report. With no residents living in the property, his report said there were no leaks in the toilets. Both toilets in the house were leaking as soon as we moved in and flushed (literally the first flush). The plumbing in the house is basically a complete mess.
