Tara welcomed me in 2025 to work on tightness and soreness in my lower body and traps. She has always been attentive before, during and after our sessions; working with other staff members to develop the best plan for my body and insurance coverage. I’m confident in our continued wellness journey together - I highly recommend Tara for massage therapy.

A really warm and inviting space with responsive staff. I’ve been seeing Kayley for several years now and she is the awesome. Listens to her clients and incredibly knowledgeable. I've seen Allison for physio, and it has always been a great experience. She has helped me with so many injuries and always checks in to see how treatment has been going. Tara is a Awesome Massage Therapist, a couple of years had major backpain issues, when to the hospital to get treatment and steroids shot, two shots and no relief. I call and got to Tara that was able to see me the next day. After the hour session with Tara, I was surprised that the pain was less and I could walk better. Tara Mody is the best massage therapist I've ever had. I've been to several RMTs since 2009 and none of could accomplish what Tara could in a short period of time. This is because Tara communicates and LISTENS to my complaints rather than assumes she knows my issues. Also, her hands are magic because she can tell me where I am sore before I even speak up. She is efficient, effective, talented and personable and I am so lucky to have her as my RMT!!
