This is THE BEST gym! After 15 years in crossfit in western Mass…ECF is my favorite box. The coaches are amazing, the energy is positive and motivating and the athletes are diverse. Being over 50 and living with limitations I am supported and the coaches have helped me make gains without injury. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this box! p.s. there is even air conditioning!!
I dropped in from out of state this week. This is a super clean box. Solid coaching and really welcoming gym members too! 5 stars baby!!
Very clean facility, well-run (on time!) classes under the close supervision of quality coaches, and an amazing community of members. This is a perfect place for people starting their fitness journey or seasoned athletes to find a great home.
