The people at Evolved are among the most wonderful individuals I have ever known. The coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging at every level.
Wonderful workout. I move so much better as a result of each class. Dr Matt put together an excellent workout today. I feel stronger each week. The pain in my right hip has lessened significantly. After each class that hip feels normal with no pain. My worst enemy for my hip is to sit in a chair and not exercise.
The trainers for the Legends class, Dr. Matt and Dr. Lynne, are very attentive to individual strengths, working hard to keep us challenged no matter where we are in our fitness journey. Yet also providing modifications as needed. It's been encouraging to see my health improve in just a few short months of exercise!
Great workout today- really pushed me to work on my strength training. Love how we get a variety of moves. Can’t wait for next Friday!
