Easy and relaxed atmosphere. Needed to find a new primary doctor after 30+ years with my previous doc. Glad I found this practice.

This Doctor and his entire staff are amazing! They are effective and efficient, have an amazing way of making you feel comfortable while taking care of your needs. Their hours are excellent and their response time is quick.
Be careful with this doctor. Husband and I went for our FREE annual exam. The doctor asked us if we had any issues or complaints. I spoke to him about some symptoms that he diagnosed as allergy symptoms. Prescribed some allergy meds - BAM no longer free. For my husband, the doctor simply looked in his ears, noticed some wax build-up and asked my husband if he wanted him to try to get it out. Husband said sure - BAM - no longer free. Doctor did tell us he would be charging us $111+ for eac
I'm New to Florida from Boston my biggest worry was finding a Primary Care Dr. that would listen, be patient, & help me with medical conditions that I struggle with & will forever, I found Dr. Dowdy is the Dr. that is best for Not only myself I would recommend Dr. Dowdy to my Loved ones, He's kind, patient, understanding & most of all Dr. Dowdy Listens my medical conditions are complicated and he gets it, this gives me much relief I trust his opinion and appreciate he took me on as his patient

This was my first visit, so I am reserving 1 star to see how his follow through will rate him. I liked his style while unconventional I found it refreshing. I liked his approach as he discussed my medical conditions he listened and made good suggestions leaving me to make the final decision.
