I don't live in Lancaster anymore but love coming here when I'm home. Great teachers with classes that are accessible to beginners and advanced yogis-modifications and options for more advanced postures alike. Also, everyone who works at the studio is so friendly and always makes me feel right at home despite only being here a few weeks per year. Lots of love for this place.
Saturday was my first 90 minute heated yoga practice and I loved it. Julie paced the flow well and was very engaged with all of us. As a teacher in training I learned many things from her. As a student her tone of voice and inflection kept me incredibly connected. The readings Deep Rest were beautiful. Thanks Julie.
