It’s always clean and the yoga classes are a perfect blend of a good workout and stress reduction. And you don’t need to reserve a spot, you will always be welcomed. Keep up the great work!!💙💙

I was nervous about it being hot yoga but it was a good level of heat and a great class! Plus Cris gave me (an out of towner) a great recommendation for a Pho restaurant, bonus!
