The teachers help adapt the class to you. It is a truly welcoming community. The yoga practice isn’t just about your physical wellness. Following back surgery, I had to stop running. Yoga at Evolution has been a mainstay for my physical and mental well being!
This studio was my first experience with yoga and it’s since changed my life. Yoga has become an integral part of my spiritual practice. And Evolution has been pivotal in this transformation.

I hesitate when people say a person, place or thing “saved” them, but EPY is a place where I’ve started to really connect, integrate and save myself. I joined after a friends and family week in August 2018, started coming 2-3x/wk. This Feb, I did my first 40 Days to Personal Revolution, and that helped to put the pieces together. Compassionate and encouraging yogis keep helping me to grow my practice, and I practice 3-5x/wk now.
