I've used Lou 3x now (cleaning an old mini split, replacing the mini split with a heat pump and installing a smart thermostat) and he's great and trust worthy. Very professional and friendly. He's my go to guy after searching for a HVAC guy for years.

I was interested in a split unit for the apartments I own, and he recommended using window units. He could have recommended a central AC system, and I likely would have paid for the installation. He said the performance from two 12KBTU Midea window units from Home Depot will be more efficient and much less costly than a central AC system. Essentially, “the cost of the central AC system is not worth it.” An honest guy who knows his business. Thanks Lou!
