Called around to probably 4 local heating and cooling companies asking for a part they all just said no and have a nice day. Called Evolution and Lou answered right away. Instead of just saying no he asked questions and tried to diagnose the issue over the phone. He offered to come out to today and figured out the problem. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend.

Been having issues with our boiler on and off the past few weeks. Woke up again today with a cold house. Called Lou and he came out within the hour and diagnosed the problem. He was straight forward with prices and options. Thank you!

Lou has been great for me. Came on the coldest night of the year when my furnace went out and had it fixed in an hour. Came back a. Few months later for a check in and was again, very professional and quick.

Lou came to repair what I thought was a broken furnace. It's a very old furnace, so I was prepared to absorb a high repair bill. He went through all components and pointed out that the pressure in my gas line was too low. He didn't try to charge me for any unneeded repairs or service and he was correct. National Fuel came out and fixed a seizing issue with my meter.
