Lou came in and fixed our central air and had helped fix our furnace this past year. He is extremely professional and has always kept me updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company!

I was interested in a split unit for the apartments I own, and he recommended using window units. He could have recommended a central AC system, and I likely would have paid for the installation. He said the performance from two 12KBTU Midea window units from Home Depot will be more efficient and much less costly than a central AC system. Essentially, “the cost of the central AC system is not worth it.” An honest guy who knows his business. Thanks Lou!
Lou is someone who really goes above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. Not only did he spot and replace the failed capacitor, but he topped off the coolant levels to get the system running frosty and cool again. Beyond just fixing the problem at hand, I feel like he really informed me on how to spot problems before they get really bad again.
