I attend the training for athletes class with Valerie and love it. Evolution is a one of a kind facility...from the altitude room and healthcare facility to the best customer service in Portland!
I was lucky enough to have an acupuncture appointment with Sandy Homer and she was wonderful. She listened to my health history and concerns and tailored the appointment specifically to them. When I arrived, I could hardly do a squat due to knee pain, when I left I felt like I had a new knee and the pain was gone. She also assisted me with some digestive issues. I had my first chiropractor visit this past weekend and it was with Montserrat Andreys. I was a bit apprehensive because it was my first chiro treatment, but her knowledge and calm demeanor put me at ease and absolutely blew my mind.
