Absolutely unprofessional all around and bad customer service. Walked in expecting to get a 15 minute consultation on my hair to discuss a further appointment; I come across white passing although I am Cuban and fluent in spanish and as to my surprise the ladies there were talking poorly about me and my mother in spanish expecting us not to understand.
