I asked only for a trim dead ends the lady gave me layered on bottom when I pull my sides to the sides looks like bob I didn’t asked for a bob thanks a lot of nothing pony tail un even .I trusted her she said 17yrs of experience .now I gota pay some one else to fix your mistakes all un even hair cut Gloria was the name of the person .when she blow dry my hair she pulled my hair with brush she face me away from the mirror as well . GOD don’t like ugly.
