Evoke is the gym for everyone and all fitness levels. I've never felt more welcomed by another facility or its trainers. If you are looking for a new gym, monthly fitness challenge, competition training, personal training or group classes, look no further. I promise you won't regret it.
I have stayed away from the gym for some time because of the stigma behind them and feeling like you need to walk into the gym fit to begin with and worried about being judged. EVOKE is the complete opposite. All the trainers are patient and encouraging. If you can't do something they will find something that you are able to do that will work you out just as hard. Love this place! I'm not normally a fan of gyms, but this place has a family atmosphere and the classes push me in the best way. Everyone is so encouraging and the challenges are great, but I love the smaller class sizes between challenges. I like that they focus on all the numbers and not just weight. I could have been discouraged during the 30 day challenge that I never lost any weight, but instead I'm so proud that I lost almost 4% body fat and 4 inches! My clothes fit again and I'm starting feel good about my body.
If you have ever WANTED to be the kind of person who is addicted to working out, but have never found the motivation or passion COME TO EVOKE!!! The trainers possess all the motivation and passion and it is contagious!!! So much enthusiasm and support you won't be able to stay away!!!
Evoke is an awesome place with great trainers that are consistently amazing. Their equipment is all very high end. The Gym itself is wonderful. I've been to many other gyms in Reno and Evoke is the only one I come back to. I've done almost everything they do here, from Pilates with Lisa to small classes, to crossfit and the challenges, and I love all of them. Evoke isn't a Bro Gym that you'll be intimidated, it is a place for people of all ages and all body types to come and work on their health and fitness.
Evoke Fitness is for everyone, from the beginner to top athletes. The trainers are amazing and so positive, supportive and knowledgeable. The group classes are my favorite! From spinning to kickboxing, there is something for everyone. Best gym in Reno!!
Evoke trainers make you feel listened to and supported. They are down to earth and you feel welcomed the first time through the doors. No judgements just support and understanding!
This is the best place I have EVER worked out. Each and every trainer is talented, has unique knowledge to offer and each and every one of them is amazing. I have never been somewhere that has made me feel so motivated to not only be healthy and fit but to be the best me that I can be. You will always feel comfortable and motivated when you walk in.
