When you train hard you need someone as knowledgeable as this entire staff making sure that your alignment is perfect. With weights and maximum effort you are either doing the best you can for your body or the very worst! I started at Evoke fitness in January 2016. I have been working with Julie Hansen on my menu's that have helped me lose weight like I never had before. My main trainer has been Mena Spodobalski and I can't say enough kind words about her. A trainer that actually cares about helping you achieve your goals and works with you.
