This has been the great experience! It is a wonderful facility with lots to offer! I use to work out here when it was Maximum Results, Mena has expanded & made it that much better! When I started this 30 day challenge it was to jump start me into wanting to workout again & to lose some pounds that through the years have creeped up on me! This challenge has definitely met my expectations & then some. I have no favorite trainer, each one brings their flair to the table! Thank You Evoke Fitness
We have family fitness time here at Evoke and it is such a great way to stay fit together. My fiancé and I both see Lisa, and our son trains with Tyler. Our son is 7.5 and the way that he has transformed his speed and abilities has really helped him in all of his sports. If you are looking for a great gym with amazing people who motivate, this is where you want to go.

You will not find a staff of fitness professionals more dedicated to helping you with your fitness goals than the trainers at Evoke Fitness. They know and teach the latest techniques in fitness. And, they get to know you personally. When you go to Evoke, you are not just going to the gym...you are going to see your friends who are helping you and cheering you all the way through your fitness journey. They are the BEST fitness facility in the Northern Nevada community...hands down.
If you want someone that is dedicated to you & your health/physical needs don't hesitate, RUN to EVOKE & get your life back. Mena & her wonderful team will get you into shape with no pressure.
