Charged me a month of rent even tho I moved in on the 21st (their own start date they created) and they failed to explain that to me until I received a notice. If I move in the 21st, the fair way to do this should be Freon 21st to next 21st, but no, they asked me for 2 month of rent. If you’re gonna be greedy and predatory at least explain how this works beforehand. Also they don’t clean the place well so I have to hire my own cleaner.
