I’ve been moving out for four months, they still don’t refund my deposit which is almost 3000 dollars.
Horrible experience, I would not recommend living at Evo, not only the residence is in bad conditiond, but also they will ask you a very high deposit before entering AND THEY DO NOT RETURN IT. Also its impossible to contact with anyone as they do not answer to emails or calls
