When I moved in, the air conditioner was not working, the closet was broken, the bathroom only had hot water, and the bathroom light was broken. The closet’s hanging rod is damaged, and the toilet is not fixed securely. Poorly managed and disgusting apartments. Constant flooding, roach infestation, and stolen packages. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
Honestly the worse place to live. This is so hideous and the management sucks to the level I am writing a new review from a different account. All the people in concierge are not living up to their word and honestly newly, spencer, amber and everyone else are just there to cause discomfort to the resident. I’ve been living in EVO for almost 3 years now. When I first came in, Spencer was at the front desk, and he showed nothing but true professionalism, decency, and convenience, which convinced me to sign for an apartment here. The building could definitely be better, especially in terms of renovating the units and being stricter with security and outsiders. However, it has improved compared to when I first moved in.
