I had a similar experience as Adriana with EVO out of Columbia in the lake of the Ozarks area. As well as the second tech that arrived drove from 2 hrs away and proceeded to pee on my concrete drive. Approached my wife with his pants undone. Service wasn't completed and spoke to josh, wanted out of the contract and was gaslighted and bullied and told if i wanted out i would have to pay a back charge fee and proceeded to charge me the $600 as we were speaking because i saw it come across my phone. Malek was great today, he got here early for the appoitment and even texted to let me he would be early. He treated our property which included outbuildings and answered all of my questions and set us up for another appointment. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
