Great units and amenities. My only recommendation and main reason I'm not choosing this building is the access to transportation. The building is within a half mile of numerous metro stops and/or bus routes but both require a long and dangerous walk. I'd be willing to pay an extra $20-$40 a month for a shuttle that ran every 30 minutes during the mornings and evenings from the building to the Brentwood or Richmond Heights Metro.
