Great amenities and location!
Love Evo! Best location in STL. Centrally located to a lot of great spots. And lots of dogs! :)
The team downstairs are extremely friendly, and try their best to resolve issues. I do not recommend package concierge as it was a hassle. The amenities are fantastic - we love our apartment and the space that we have (especially wardrobe space). Highly recommend- the location is brilliant (close to the highways AND grocery stores )
Ran into way too many issues for the short time I lived here...my apartment completely flooded twice from the pool house.
Would not recommend. Staff is slow to reply, bad at updating residents, and constantly changing.
