I called multiple times, left multiple emails and got no response. I even showed up for my appointment. No one answered the phone or the door. DO NOT waste your time or money. I can’t even get a refund for my $250 because no one will answer the email

I was running very late for my appointment (about 20 min), and they still took me and squeezed me in. The process was quick, and the person who conducted the test was very kind.
