Great place to live! I've been living here for over 2 years and really enjoy it. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Residents are welcoming and friendly as well. It's a high-end apartment in a great location in Midtown. Near many restaurants and parks. And love that it's pet friendly.

A beautiful, modern, joyful home! EVIVA Midtown was an amazing home for 2 years. The building is well-maintained the apartments are beautiful, modern, and clean. Most of all, we loved EVIVA for the staff and community, who were a second family and always there to support one another. I highly recommend EVIVA Midtown for anyone looking to live in a joyful, safe, and convenient community!

Great location and pet friendly Near tons of restaurants and close to Downtown. Very pet friendly. Many residents have a pet here. Love how the office offers treats for dogs when you stop by to say hi. Well-maintained with high-end features. Parking on-site which is a bonus feature here in Midtown.

Just moved into EVIVA Midtown from New Zealand. So impressed with the management staff who have gone above and beyond in answering questions and helping me find my way around Sacramento. Love living so close to the city, while also having a sense of community. I'm loving the safe and secure building, courtyard, and great views from my apartment. Great place to live.
Eviva is my resident for the past three years and plan to stay a long time. The building is safe with outstanding services. The Management and staff are very helpful. The building is close to Capital Park, allowing for a great place to walk and take some sunshine. Come checkout Eviva and make it your new home.
I’ve lived at EVIVA for a few months now and have been blown away by the team here! They’re so unbelievably helpful, responsive, & have gone above and beyond for me since day 1. The apartment is fantastic. Location, on point. Community, super friendly. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here!
