Great Apartment! I recently moved into Eviva earlier this month and Shelby made the process so easy! She reserved an elevator for me so I could easily move all my furniture and boxes up to my floor. The complex is in a great location and is very clean; highly recommend living here!

THE WORST Please please please BE CAREFULL with this management . It's one of the WORST I've ever had to experience . The reviews on here tell it all . The managers will tell you one thing then change there story also super unprofessional and unorganized. Here's a list of things of how terrible this place is There's no guess parking . Great apartment! I moved in a few weeks ago, and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience so far. Everything is clean, safe and well-maintained, and the staff has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. Shelby especially has done an amazing job getting me settled. I highly recommend this apartment!

Great community and management I moved to EVIVA at the beginning of October. Starting with the application and pre-move in, I have found the management team very responsive and conscientious. There is a strong community vibe. With the location and amenities, it is a great combination.

LOVE I love the Mill. The staff and amenities are excellent, and the location is prime. This is a stellar choice!
Great community, great location I’ve been at The Mill for 2 years now and it’s been great! The location is prime (close to downtown and Capitol Hill, but without the traffic and tourists) and the amenities are awesome. Especially the year round hot tub! There’s also 2 dog parks, and a fun community of dog owners to hang out with while the dogs are running around :)
Run The management of this building is absolutely atrocious! Where to even begin? The laundry situation is a joke. You would think that laundry on every floor would be great, it's not. The dryer on our floor has not worked in the 6 months that I have lived here. You are constantly put between building management and the laundry service company. When you go to do laundry, it is not an exaggeration that you might have to go to 4, 5, even 6 different floors to find a washer and dryer that even works. The laundry room on the 2nd... read more

We love Eviva We have been looking for a short term apartment rental as we are in transition and waiting to move overseas in a few months. I couldn't be happier when I found Eviva Midtown - it was everything I had hoped for. Modern amenities, excellent location (walkable to coffee shops, bars and restaurants), and a clean , good smelling, ready-to-move in apartment.
