Great Apartment We love Eviva and their wonderful staff. Good location, clean apartment, and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. The management and maintenance team are super friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to move to Sacramento!

Great place to live! I've been living here for over 2 years and really enjoy it. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Residents are welcoming and friendly as well. It's a high-end apartment in a great location in Midtown. Near many restaurants and parks. And love that it's pet friendly.

A beautiful, modern, joyful home! EVIVA Midtown was an amazing home for 2 years. The building is well-maintained the apartments are beautiful, modern, and clean. Most of all, we loved EVIVA for the staff and community, who were a second family and always there to support one another. I highly recommend EVIVA Midtown for anyone looking to live in a joyful, safe, and convenient community!

Great location and pet friendly Near tons of restaurants and close to Downtown. Very pet friendly. Many residents have a pet here. Love how the office offers treats for dogs when you stop by to say hi. Well-maintained with high-end features. Parking on-site which is a bonus feature here in Midtown.
